A little bit about me!
A strength coach, active release therapist and osteopathy student passionate about helping people move freely in their bodies.
When i started my journey, I struggled to get strong, or flexible. I had suffered from a torn hamstring in the past and intense neck pain that was provoked by training.
So I went on a journey to discover the top coaches in these fields and how they get results.
I learnt the correct techniques, efficient exercise selection and how to periodise my training.
You can get flexible as an adult. You can get strong as an adult. You do not have to live in pain!
